Why is my Renault R-LINK store greyed out? ›

- Visible and active: if services are not activated and the vehicle is stationary. - Greyed out: if services are not activated but the vehicle is not stationary or a connection is not available at that specific moment.

Step 1: You may have a Bluetooth® pairing issue. To make sure that your phone is paired, go to the Phone section from the main menu, click on Settings, check that the Bluetooth® button is on and that your phone is activated in the list of devices: the "Phone" icon must be selected in red.

To perform a general reset, press the pop-up menu button from the “System” menu, then “Factory reset”. When a confirmation message is displayed on screen, press “Yes” to confirm.

In the main R-LINK Evolution menu, select the “System” menu. Go to screen 2 of the system menu and click on “Status and information”. Click on “Version information” at the top of the screen. The software version displayed on the screen is labelled “application”.

Use it to buy apps, services and content. R-Link Store can be accessed directly from your multimedia system or from an Internet-connected computer once you have activated the services.

Double-check you're using the same Microsoft account to sign in to both the Phone Link and the companion app on your Android device. Ensure Battery saver isn't running on your PC or Android device, as this might affect connectivity.

Start by making the Bluetooth network of your R-LINK visible: Homepage > Menu > Phone > Message "Manage devices"> NO > "+" (bottom right of the screen) > "Make R-LINK visible": R-LINK is then visible for 300 seconds. Then search for Bluetooth devices from your Android phone and choose the "Renault R-LINK" device.

Check and make sure that your phone isn't on Airplane Mode — you can do this by checking your phone's control center and making sure the "Airplane" icon is turned off. You could also try re-inserting your SIM card into your phone. This resets your phone's connection to the SIM card.

RLink is a Wolfram System application that uses JLink and RJava/JRI Java libraries to link to the R functionality. It allows the user to communicate data between the Wolfram Language and R and also execute R code from within the Wolfram Language.
